QTM Qatar Travel Mart 2023 - UPDATE

The Middle East has gained prominence in the global news for the wrong reasons in the last few days. Still, tourism can play a role to support peace and understanding in the long-term development of the world.

How to achieve positive results in terms of peaceful co-existence as well as in sustainable and meaningful development is one of the topics of the conference which is taking place during the three days of the QTM Qatar Travel Mart from 20-22 November at the Doha Exhibition & Convention Centre (DECC) in Doha, Qatar. The list of confirmed speakers is getting longer every day and will soon be published. Among them are major decision makers and famous opinion leaders from the GCC region, but also from North America, Europe, Africa and Asia.

At the same time, the organisers Nextfairs, announced that exhibitors from more than 60 countries will participate in the exhibition, which is bound to set a new gold standard for tourism fairs and conferences in the region.

The CEO of COTRI, Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Georg Arlt FRGS FRAS, will be the chair of the conference, chairing several panel discussions and also giving a presentation about the Chinese outbound market.
