Cancellation Policy

FREE membership can be cancelled or upgraded at any time.

PREMIUM and PREMIUM PLUS monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled after the first month of subscription or downgraded at any time.

Unused payment received by COTRI INTELLIGENCE will be returned after cancellation within one week minus banking fees.
